Our Wagyu Bavette Steak, commonly known as the Sirloin Flap is a beautifully marbled cut of meat that comes from the bottom part of the sirloin butt. Very similar to our Flank Steak and Skirts. Some call this particular cut the "Butcher's best kept secret", we call it delicious!
